I loved working for Sparks Group! I was helped every step along the way with fixing my resume, to being interview prepped and assigned to interview with a company that met my pay needs and expectations. I was able to secure a temp to permanent position and it was thanks to Sparks Group. You also get one on one meeting check ins from a Sparks Group Agent that tells you how the company feels about you in the position, positive and constructive feedback and helps walk through any questions you need. All the folks here are wonderful and I am happy I got the opportunity to work with this temp agency.
