Overall I was very satisfied. The only reason that I did not provide all 5s was that I did not like the fact that I had to go through Sparks Group to send thank you emails. I do not understand that philosophy and found it to be cumbersome and very antiquated. Fortunately, this process did not hinder my search and landing a new role but I was not and am not a fan.
