We specialize in staffing for temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions across numerous areas of specialization. How do you determine the best job fit for me?

After I am hired, how will I find out about positions that match my experience and skills?
As positions become available, a Sparks Group representative may contact you to discuss opportunities. After creating a profile in our jobs portal, employees are encouraged to set up job alerts for specific roles or keywords, and will be notified when a matching position is added. I am currently working for Sparks Group in a contract role. Can I be considered for additional roles after this contract ends?
As your contract position comes to cessation and new positions become available that meet your skills and career objectives, your Sparks Group representative will work with you to discuss opportunities. Job seekers are also encouraged to use our jobs portal to keep their resume up to date, set job alerts, and find the latest openings.
If I am offered a position that does not meet my interests and/or availability, will this disqualify me from being considered for future placements?
No. One of the benefits of working with Sparks Group is choice and flexibility. Employees have the option to decline positions that do not meet their expectations. We ask that employees only accept opportunities to which they can commit for the entire duration.
What if I accept a contract position that does not meet my expectations?
Prior to the start of a placement, you will be provided with as much information as possible about the company and the duties you will be performing. In the event that your expectations are not met, we ask that you contact your Sparks Group recruiter to discuss this matter.
What if I am interested in a full-time position at a company where I am currently working?
If you should become aware of a full-time opportunity that interests you, please contact your Sparks Group recruiter. When appropriate we will advocate on your behalf.
How will I be paid?
Employees are paid on a weekly basis by submitting their hours worked for each placement via the Sparks Group Jobs Portal. Contact your Sparks Group recruiter for more details.

What's the procedure if I cannot report to work one day?
Sparks Group must be contacted prior to taking any time off from your scheduled work hours. As soon as you are aware that you will be arriving late, leaving early or absent for any reason, you must immediately contact Sparks Group. If you are calling outside of business hours, you can leave a message at the Sparks Group’s office.
What does Sparks Group charge for services?
Job seekers are never charged a fee for any of the services that we provide.
What benefits do contract employees receive?
Upon eligibility, employees receive vacation pay, holiday pay, 401(k), and health insurance.
I have a question or concern regarding my paycheck, payroll and/or tax information. Who do I contact?
Please contact your Sparks Group recruiter for paycheck, payroll and/or tax-related questions, who will work with our accounting department to answer your questions and resolve your challenges in a timely manner.
I have questions with regards to my benefits. Who do I contact?
